Eligibility for Returns:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Customers must contact us prior to sending any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Email support@wearupal.com with your order number and detailed explanation.

  2. Provide photos if your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

  3. Our team will verify the issue and provide return instructions.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or fails to pick up the package, associated fees may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate wear or clearance products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
